Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Services
    By submitting your device or requesting IT support, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized user of the equipment and approve Quantify PRO S.R.L to perform diagnostic and repair services.

  2. Service Estimates and Approval
    After diagnosis, a service estimate will be provided where applicable. Work will only proceed upon customer approval. Any additional issues discovered during repair will be communicated before further action is taken.

  3. Service Fees and Payment
    All charges for repairs, maintenance, installations, or support services must be paid in full upon completion unless a prior written agreement states otherwise. Prices may vary depending on parts, complexity, and service time.

  4. Diagnostic Charges
    A diagnostic fee may apply to assess device faults. This fee is payable even if the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended repair.

  5. Turnaround Time
    Estimated completion times are provided as a guide and may change due to parts availability, technical complexity, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to complete services promptly.

  6. Data Backup and Loss
    Customers are strongly advised to back up all important data before submitting devices for repair. While we handle equipment with care, Quantify PRO S.R.L is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or software issues unless caused by proven negligence.

  7. Warranty and Guarantees
    Certain repairs and replacement parts may include a limited warranty period. Warranty coverage does not apply to physical damage, misuse, liquid damage, power surges, or unauthorized third party repairs after service completion.

  8. Unclaimed Devices
    Devices not collected within a reasonable period after notification may be subject to storage fees. Quantify PRO S.R.L reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed equipment after extended notice.

  9. Limitation of Liability
    Quantify PRO S.R.L shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business interruption or financial loss arising from device failure or service delays.

  10. Amendments to Terms
    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
